Directions:
Brown 1 lb Ground beef in large soup pot.
Add Wildwood Classic Beef Barley soup mix and 8C beef broth.
Bring to a low boil.
Reduce heat, cover and simmer for an additional 20 minutes.
Add 1 large potato (approximately 2 Cups) diced potato.
Simmer additional 20 minutes.
Season to taste.
Serve with freshly grated Parmesan cheese.
